NAIROBI NATIONAL PARK

I shall guide you on the best option among the three at the animal orphanage. I would recommend the Nairobi National Park. It has a higher entry fee but is worthy it. Would spot a leopard, hyena, lions, giraffes, ostriches, zebras, wildebeest, both black and white rhinos.  With Nairobi’s ever growing skyline as an odd backdrop.

DAVID SHELDRICK WILDLIFE

There are no words to explain how magical this place is. What this organization does for conservation and elephants is nothing short of amazing. Enjoy viewing the elephants being bottle fed and after the history of each elephant. The elephants are very friendly and jovial.

GIRAFFE CENTRE

Enjoy coming face to face with the giraffes who in turn really enjoy being hand-fed and selfie moments. Such a lovely experience.

MAASAI MARKET & KICC TOUR

Take a walking tour of the city. It includes a trip to the top of this building -KICC. The 360 view of Nairobi is spectacular and after, a visit to the craft & souvenir Maasai market. Maasai Market best days are Saturday and Sunday since they are at the city centre. However, if you are staying at my apartments, best day would be Wednesday as the market is at Capital Centre Mall.

KENYA NATIONAL ARCHIVES & NATIONAL MUSEUM

You shall be pleasantly surprised by the National Archives. The collection is small, but well organized and diverse. Spend at least 1 hours there and really enjoy the detailed displayed Kenyan history or you may choose to visit the National Museum.

BOMAS OF KENYA

The Traditional dance shows they put on are amazing for showing Kenyan culture. They also have life size homesteads set up from the different tribes in Kenya. Check out the Kikuyu tribe Homestead where i come from. Great place to visit.
